Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout to "The Sun Castle", turning right into North Parade promenade. Proceed straight over Clock Tower roundabout into South Parade (promenade). Take the second turning right close to the end of South Parade, turn imm. left into Drummond Road and imm. right into Saxby Avenue. The Mayfair Hotel is on the right side on the first cross roads.

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue.

Proceed straight over roundabout (St. Matthews Church) to Skegness Pier.

At Skegness Pier turn right. Straight over Clock Tower roundabout into South Parade (promenade). Take the second turning right close to the end of South Parade, turn imm. left into Drummond Road and imm. right into Saxby Avenue. The Mayfair Hotel is on the right side on the first cross roads.

Leaving the coach / railway station keep right, turning right into Richmond Drive.

Cross the road (pelican crossings) and turn right. Walk to traffic lights and turn left into Sandbeck Avenue.

Take the fourth turning on the right into Firbeck Avenue.

The Mayfair is on the left side on the cross roads with Saxby Avenue.
